Bitloops Raises $1.2M to Turn Design into Code with AI
Greek AI startup Bitloops has raised €1 million (~$1.2 million) in pre-seed funding to advance its AI powered platform that transforms UI designs into fully functional frontend code dramatically reducing the time developers spend coding by hand.
Founded by Vasilis Danias and Sergio Pereira, Bitloops aims to eliminate the manual, repetitive tasks involved in frontend development.
Its smart engine takes Figma design files and automatically generates high-quality React components, clean CSS, and even component documentation streamlining the workflow from design to production.
“What used to take hours can now be done in minutes without compromising structure, quality, or design integrity,” said CEO Vasilis Danias.
The funding round was led by Eleven Ventures (Bulgaria), with participation from Corallia Ventures and several angel investors.
The platform is currently in closed alpha, with more than 100 developers already onboard and several design partners actively testing its capabilities.
With the new capital, Bitloops plans to scale its engineering team, enhance product features like smart component variants and design system syncing, and continue refining its proprietary AI models.
As the demand for developer productivity tools grows, Bitloops is emerging as a key player in Europe’s new generation of AI-first dev platforms positioning itself at the crossroads of design, automation, and code quality.
