Qenta Unveils New Payment Horizons with Pipit Global Deal

Qenta, a fintech company based in the United States, has acquired Pipit Global, an Ireland-based B2B cross border payments platform, to expand its global payment services.

This acquisition integrates Pipit’s extensive network of over 1 million pay in points and deep connections with mobile money systems across Africa, Latin America, and Europe into Qenta’s infrastructure.

The acquisition aims to accelerate access to cash, mobile money, and compliant digital payments, particularly for underserved communities and migrant populations.

Ollie Walsh, co founder of Pipit Global, has been appointed as the President of Qenta, where he will lead the company’s international expansion efforts.

Additionally, the acquisition marks the official launch of the Q Ecosystem, Qenta’s next-generation financial technology platform.

The Q Ecosystem is designed to connect traditional financial infrastructure with emerging blockchain and AI technologies, delivering inclusive, secure, and efficient financial services worldwide.
