Flawless, a Saudi-based career tech startup, has raised $1.5 million in a pre-seed funding round to expand its AI-powered platform designed to help young people make smarter, data informed career decisions. The round was led by a group of angel investors from across the MENA region.
Founded by Shaima AlGhamdi, Flawless uses a unique blend of generative AI and social psychology to deliver personalized career guidance, skill assessments, and job-matching tools tailored to the region’s youth.

What started in 2023 as a simple blog sharing study tips and career advice quickly gained traction among university students.
By mid 2024, Flawless had transformed into a fully-fledged digital platform, integrating intelligent tools for career discovery and planning.
