AI-powered e-signature platform Agree.com has successfully raised $7.2 million in a seed funding round led by Pelion Venture Partners, with participation from Better Tomorrow Ventures, Blank Ventures, and angel investor Gokul Rajaram.

The funding will be utilized to further enhance its all-in-one solution that integrates e-signatures, invoicing, and payment processing.

Launched in September 2024, Agree.com has quickly gained traction with over 25,000 users, positioning itself as a standout in the e-signature market. Unlike conventional platforms, it offers a free e-signature service and generates revenue through transaction fees on payment processing.

CEO Marty Ringlein stated, “Almost every time a document is signed, money changes hands. We streamline this entire workflow by integrating signatures and payments into one seamless platform.”

The platform leverages AI technology, including optical character recognition (OCR), to automate contract processing, highlight key fields, and provide collaborative features such as commenting and version control.

With the new funding, Agree.com aims to expand its engineering team, enhance accounts receivable automation, introduce multi-user functionality, and deepen integrations with accounting and CRM software.

Currently operating with a lean team of just seven employees, the company seeks to position itself as a cost-effective, user-friendly alternative to industry giants like DocuSign and Bill.com.

Agree.com also plans to enter international markets, including the UK, Canada, and Australia, later this year.
