AI Backed remberg Raises €15M to Cut Downtime Costs

remberg, an AI-powered industrial maintenance software company, has secured €15 million in a Series A+ funding round led by Acton Capital and Oxx, with continued support from existing investors Earlybird Venture Capital, Speedinvest, and Fly Ventures.

This fresh capital will enable remberg to accelerate the development of its scalable, mobile friendly maintenance platform designed to reduce the costly unplanned machine downtimes that cost European industries an estimated €500 billion annually.

15M Funding Fuels remberg’s AI-Driven Maintenance Innovation

Founded in 2018 as a spin off from the Technical University of Munich, remberg’s AI driven software seamlessly integrates with existing IT systems, helping companies predict failures, optimize maintenance workflows, and stay audit-ready.

Currently trusted by over 150 clients including major players like Würth Group and SCHUNK remberg plans to use the new funding to expand its presence across Europe and further enhance its predictive maintenance capabilities.
