Belgian AI Firm Ravical Scores €7.3M in Pre-Seed Round

Belgium based AI startup Ravical has just raised €7.3 million in pre seed funding to supercharge the development of its intelligent “virtual employees” designed specifically for professional service firms.
The funding round was led by top European venture capital firm Lakestar, alongside Pitchdrive, Entourage, and several seasoned angel investors.

Founded by Joris Van Der Gucht, who also co founded the successful accounting platform Silverfin, Ravical aims to change the game in fields like accounting, tax, legal, HR, and insurance.
Their AI agents combine deep firm knowledge, domain expertise, and client context to automate up to 80% of routine operational tasks freeing human experts to focus on the big-picture, strategic work that really matters.
Ravical has already tested its tech in 10 pilot projects with firms of all sizes, proving it can boost efficiency and accuracy.
With this new investment, the company plans to enhance its AI capabilities, grow its team, and expand internationally.
By putting AI at the heart of professional services, Ravical wants to help firms across Europe deliver smarter, faster, and more scalable advice to their clients.
