Satellite AI Startup PiLogic Nets $4M Investment

PiLogic, a startup specializing in mathematically precise AI solutions, has raised $4 million in seed funding to push forward its innovative satellite health monitoring technology.
The funding round was led by Scout Ventures and Seraphim Space, with support from Sovereign’s Capital, Flex Capital, FN Fund, and angel investor Gokul Rajaram.
$4M Seed Fuels PiLogic’s Next-Gen Space AI
Founded by Johannes Waldstein, Mark Chavira, and Geoff Bough, PiLogic builds AI models that help satellite operators predict and prevent system failures using sensor data.
Unlike traditional deep learning, PiLogic’s Bayesian approach works with less data but delivers faster and more reliable results a crucial advantage for space missions.
With this new investment, PiLogic plans to grow its engineering team, scale its platform, and strengthen partnerships with satellite operators and aerospace firms.
The company is also collaborating with NASA to validate its technology and aims to become a key player in space AI diagnostics.
