ShopOS Raises $20M to Reinvent E-Commerce Using AI
In a major push toward the future of AI-driven retail, Flipkart co-founder Binny Bansal has invested $20 million in ShopOS, an innovative startup building a next-generation AI operating system for e-commerce. The investment was made via his venture capital fund, 3STATE Ventures.

The startup was founded by Sai Krishna VK, Ajay PV, and Karan Sonawala, who previously built Scapic an AR and AI startup acquired by Flipkart in 2020.
“ShopOS is our take on generative commerce where AI doesn’t just assist but actually executes across the entire commerce stack,” said co-founder Sai Krishna.
