The newly raised capital will be used to further develop Granola’s AI-driven collaboration platform, which leverages natural language processing to automate meeting summaries, task management, and contextual analysis.

The platform is designed to enhance communication within teams, streamline workflows, and reduce meeting fatigue for remote and hybrid work environments.

“Granola is redefining collaboration by utilizing AI to extract actionable insights from meetings, transforming how teams connect and communicate,” said Nat Friedman, Co-Founder of NFDG.

Founded in 2021 by Samir Patel and Lucy Zhang, Granola has quickly gained traction among tech firms, financial institutions, and distributed teams.

With the new funding, the company plans to roll out additional features, including integrations with popular workplace tools like Slack, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.
