TensorWave Secures $100M to Scale AI Compute Power

Las Vegas based AI infrastructure startup TensorWave has secured $100 million in a Series A funding round led by Magnetar and AMD Ventures.
The investment will fast-track the deployment of TensorWave’s massive liquid-cooled cluster featuring 8,192 AMD Instinct MI325X GPUs the largest of its kind globally.

Founded in 2023, TensorWave focuses on delivering scalable, high performance AI compute infrastructure optimized specifically for AMD hardware.

With this new capital, the company plans to expand its operations, grow its team, and strengthen its position in the booming AI infrastructure market, which is projected to surpass $400 billion by 2027.
“Our mission is to democratize access to cutting-edge AI computing power, and this funding is a major milestone toward that goal,” said CEO Darrick Horton.
