Unifly Acquires EuroUSC Italia to Strengthen Drone Airspace Integration in Europe
Unifly, a global frontrunner in drone traffic management (UTM) systems, has officially acquired EuroUSC Italia, an aviation consultancy based in Rome known for its deep regulatory expertise and safety consulting in the unmanned aircraft sector.
This strategic move reinforces Unifly’s expansion in the European market and strengthens its foothold in the rapidly growing Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) space.
Established in 2014 by Deep Blue and aviation safety expert Filippo Tomasello, EuroUSC Italia has built a strong reputation by offering regulatory compliance guidance, risk assessment, and training to drone manufacturers, operators, insurers, and aviation authorities.
Following the acquisition, EuroUSC Italia will retain its brand identity and operate independently from its Rome headquarters, continuing its services while closely integrating with Unifly’s advanced UTM technology.
The partnership brings together regulatory knowledge and cutting edge platform capabilities to accelerate safe drone integration into shared airspace.
